Prepare the Package
Securely pack the unused BOROUX products in their original boxes, ensuring all filters and accessories are included to prevent damage during transit.
Affix Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Receive Refund
